Using our top-notch CNC laser cutter: Complex, intricate shapes & patterns can be precisely cut in a matter of minutes. Maintaining a consistent heat level, and a small heat-affected zone, the risk of warping the material is mitigated. Due to the lack of manual cutting, there is no risk of physical damage or abrasion to the leather. Beyond laser cutting, you can also engrave the leather to create any designs you can conceive.

With our state-of-the-art perforator, complete hides of leather can be run through and perforated into any desired patterns. Exploiting the included top-of-the-line software, any writings or drawings can be realized to achieve a countless array of perforation patterns. The Habraken HM820 is purpose-built to offer decorative stitching, generally used in automotive and home upholstery, however, you can now utilise this for the production of goods where Triple Transport sewing machines would normally be needed. Using the machine in ‘twin-needle mode’ allows the possibility to use 16 base decorative stitch patterns, as well as 16 user designed patterns.
